Sigyn was born as an only child in Asgard to Linnea (mother) and Iwaldi (father). She grew up on a farm on the outskirts of the city, where she helped her parents raise and take care of the animals and crops. Sigyn loved to learn and was rarely found without a book in hand. She had a natural gift for healing magic and worked in the palace healing wing. She met Loki at a young age, and they have been dating ever since.

Sigyn accepted Loki’s children with open arms and loved them as if they were her own children. However, when Odin wiped everyone’s memories, she went along with her life unaware of them until Odin died and the curse broke. When Loki attacked Midgard, Sigyn felt betrayed and angry, but remained loyal to him because she could sense that something was wrong. After the destruction of Asgard, Sigyn now lives on Midgard with Loki and his children, hoping to make a difference by working as a nurse.

Always on the lookout for those in need, Sigyn is a compassionate and loyal woman. She has a warm, motherly personality and is very easy to talk to, even though she may seem a bit awkward due to being an introvert. She is ready to help others, no matter the situation, and is a big believer in second chances. Although she grew up poor, she tries to maintain a positive attitude and is constantly putting others above herself. She may have been angered and felt betrayed at Loki’s actions, but she remains committed to him nonetheless.

Sigyn took an oath to do no harm and considers herself a pacifist. She is skilled in healing magic and prefers to settle problems through conversations instead of fighting. However, like every Asgardian, she has the longevity and invulnerability to protect her from harm.
